Ivan Allen Multi-Purpose Trail and Bridge Memorial Design + Engineering

After the completion of the Ivan Allen Multipurpose Trail Feasibility Study, Perez Planning + Design, LLC (PP+D)

continued working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary design team including the PATH Foundation, Lewallen

Construction, Kaizen Collaborative, JV Engineering, Atlanta Consulting Engineers, and Signature Design on the

development of construction documents for the segment of the Ivan Allen Multipurpose Trail that extends from Luckie

Street to Northside Drive.

The development of construction documents required close coordination with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT), Georgia World Congress Center Authority, The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, the City of Atlanta, and Central Atlanta Progress/Atlanta Downtown Improvement District, Norfolk Southern, and the Allen Family. The project is scheduled for completion during Fall of 2019.
